From the options given the "Shirley" jewellery only appears to be available in Purple and Pink so either Red or Yellow could be an answer.

The Rosa Red website however has sections for Purple, Pink and Red jewellery but not Yellow so perhaps they ment to say:

Tell us which colour Rosa Red jewellery does NOT come in?

In which case the answer would be Yellow
