Environment Search Reports

Jut had some quotes for Environment Searches - standard report £37.60 including VAT. Options to upgrade to Environment Search report + Land Insurance for £81.08 (under half an acre) £113.98 up to 3 acres. Insurance to cover clean up costs of polluted land and finding original polluter. Is it worth paying the extra (house built in 1915 in a village opposite a church). What with the Chancel Check search and the more than likely Chancel Liability Insurance and the electronic search fees all the pennies seem to be going faster than I thought.....oh and wouldn't a full structural pick anything up with regard to land pollution ?? Not sure what I'd think if report came back recommending Biochem suits by back door and regular geiger counter checks after mowing lawn.....
