Scarborough BS launch Click & Save notice account - 6.20%

Scarborough Building Society have today launched two new savings products. The first is called Click & Save (90 days) Notice which pays 6.20%, fixed until 31st August 2008.

The second account is a new issue of Scarborough's easy access Click & Save account paying 6.05%.

    i cant see the words "easy access", i see the word "fixed" :confused:

    In the Easier article, it says:

    "Scarborough’s new offering includes both an easy access and a 90 day notice account, each offering market leading rates".

    Regarding Click & Save, the rate is fixed, but the account allows withdrawals to be made, which is why they are referring to it as easy access. Where as the other account requires that 90 days notice be given prior to a withdrawal. More info on Moneyfacts here.
