The device you are looking for is called a mifi , that's all I know about them though. They are like a mobile router converting 3G (or maybe 4g too) to wifi, I believe 3 sell them , so do t-mobile and most mobile networks probably do too.
Some mobile phones also work as a wifi hotspot too4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 tracker again+ Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy0 -

Don't neglect Quidco or TopCashBack. You can get £25 back on a one month contract with Three.0

Before you go buy an offer consider which is your best mobile network in the area that you want it to create a wifi hotspot. Then go buy a mifi unit. you can buy them second hand locked or unlocked, or some will offer deals on locked from providers.0

You still won't get them cheaper than buying new, in conjunction with cashback or as a deal as an existing customer.
I have two. Unlocked they have cost me just over £30 in total. Before unlocking, they cost around £12 each. You won't find a second hand one anywhere for that amount.0
