Basically they are begging you for the money......Just to cut it short n sweet, they have a legal obligation to provide the name and address of the landowner and provide the court with a copy of their contract with the landowner that permits them to issue legal proceedings in their own name, otherwise it is contempt of court and abuse of the legal system.....I also see that they refer to forums which has nothing to do whatsoever with the matter at hand... if you want to use social networking so what ? dont be intimidated because their evidence if you can call it that, is irrelevant....What they are claiming from you is business running cost via an unenforceable penalty as their running costs would be exactly the same if no one parked there...

You can only present the letter to the Court if it's not marked 'without prejudice' so check that.

And you should now be rebutting every point made in that letter, blow-by-blow, like you will see on other threads (always refer to other threads as we can't always respond to every individual plea for advice):

Go back to the original guidance thread which has been updated to tell you what to do when you receive the template letter.

In your reply, you should also inform them that you categorically deny their allegation that they have written you numerous letters and tell them that you require copies of all the letters they are referring to, as at the moment you are at a significant disadvantage since their case clearly relies on documents that you have never seen or received.

You will just get another, shorter, template letter, still not answering the points you make.... but at that point come back and we'll take it from there...
