Hi there. I have a chalet that I would like to rent out and wondered if anyone knew of any sites that are good for free/cheap advertising of possible please? I already have Gumtree and Facebook. Would I be allowed to advertise it on here? Thanks.

I've got a caravan and I rent it out using facebook. It's brilliant, you can add photos, links to places to go and its all free. Remember though you will have to declare it if your on any kind of benefit and declare it to the tax man.0

I have seen the odd post from people on facebook selling groups selling holidays. There are hundreds if not thousands of selling groups its worth testing the water as you have your own facebook page its easy to link too. Now if you were to do a competition for a weekend break or whatever and get people to like your page it might really help put your chalet out there.
Lots of business' on facebook like for a like, so a florist would like a cake maker who would like a photographer etc. Think about where you fit in. Like your local tourism facebook pages and mention yourself and what you have to offer in their comments bit. Look how others in your areas are marketing their pages and good luck.0 -
