Creditors Chasing
Can anyone help please? I have, admittedly, been ignoring debt letters from Creditors and Debt Collection Agencies for a while now - until they have amounted to some considerable debt, which is too large for me to try to pay. I do not know what way to go can anyone give me some advice. My most important worry is that I am a house owner with a Mortgage (which I am paying as a priority debt) and I do have some equity in this, but I cannot afford any higher repayments to borrow money against the property as I just about make the payments now and I obviously do not want to run the risk of losing my family home.
Any ideas on best way to go please.

Hi,
Give these a try, they give completely free advice and can set up FMP's etc., for you, there is a debt remedy tool on their site which you can fill in and which will give you a possible remedy to your situation,or just ring them, do i asap though as your obviously very worried.
