Buying a new-build, can deals be done?

Options
Hi,

We're considering buying a new-build as now we have a young family we don't want the hassle of maintaining our 200 y.o. house.

I've no idea how you go about striking a deal on these though. Are prices negotiable? Can you get extras thrown in? Any advice/success stories out there?

Any info greatly appreciated.

B.

?? save your money and improve your house. You'll regret a NB after living in a 200 yr old...

You can get discount on the price, cashback for things like stamp duty and fees, and extras thrown in
discounting the price is what they are least keen to do, added extras are easiest to get, as they are generally very cheap for the developer to install.
I would try and go for a mix of all 3 things
