Popla appeal letter help needed urgently please

Options
Sorry for sounding dumb, had received a letter from Euro Car parks for my overstaying in a Sainsburys car park; had gone to the shop, taken my little girl for lunch in their cafe rather than Macdo trying to be healthier  then received a letter saying had overstayed and had to pay £40 fine ...also went to JD Sport the same day...I have got a few receipts for the shops we went to that day....

On the advice on here I appealed and got a Popla ref number but having just come back from holidays, I have now got the letter with Popla reference, problem is tonight is my last day to appeal before increase in fee..

I have been going through a lot of the threads but can't find a template to help me write the letter of appeal to Popla.

I also wonder, from the letter they sent me now, it states that I will be liable for the £70 fine if I chose the independent arbitration of my case & lose....does that mean Popla as well? sorry for the questions...confused.

Thank you very much for any advice.

It's late in the day so best read the POPLA Decisions sticky and use a successful one.

What did you put in your appeal? Dont worry about the increase. Thats normal and irrevelant as you wont be paying a penny

Please tell us you didn't just send a weak appeal to POPLA?

If not like these examples below, then send 'more evidence' to add to your POPLA appeal, to POPLA and separately, direct to the PPC in the post next week:

Do NOT just let a short or weak POPLA appeal stay lodged without adding to it. What did you mean about the 'deadline to pay more', by the way? You did realise a POPLA appeal code is time-bound by 28 days from the date it was generated? Did you appeal in time?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
