Hi there, I bought a 5 hours with groupons for driving classes and when I wanted to use it I was advised that I did not qualify [email]because I had an international driving license so it meant I was not a learner. I asked for refund and was told it was not possible. I had then offered to pay the difference to diff course and said yes but never added the link for me to be able to book it, and never replied to my emails. Then I booked anyways and accepted tha I had lost my money.
I have emailed them and the owner(martin) replied to me that what I bough had the fees of the practise and written exam included and when I wanted to use it they said no.
I called them about 5 times and Ruth always tell me she is going to call me after 1700 that never happened and by that tome the office is close.
I started calling the driving teacher and then Martin called me and said will give me my refund of GBP255. That was back in May. I keep calling and no-one pays attention. I don't know what to do, they are a fraud.
Please help.

Thank you but the GBP255 were done directly. I am trying to call them again and they don't answer the telephone at all. It is the worst experience ever.0

If you paid via debit/credit card, you could try doing a chargeback/S75 with your bank for services not received?0
