a. Spend a whole day & ££ on the bus to an address you can't get into on the off chance the person who signed for it is in, still has it and is willing to hand it over.

or

b. get the people who made the mistake to sort it out

Had an email back from the address I emailed yesterday that the Very rep gave me saying someone will contact me today which hasn't happened.
Will continue waiting but not going to get my hopes up of anything happening now as it's been over a month of trying to get things sorted.

Still nothing from them, I am highly annoyed at them now as I have bought quite alot off them before,so would have thought they would respect a repeat customer, apparantly not.

It may be but as they keep saying they will contact me the next day and x amount of weeks later they have still not been in contact.
