  • Sorry to bump.

I have also had the same problem with my address only showing the town and postcode. I wrote my whole address (house number, street name etc) on the town line so they have my full address if I win.

    Hope that helps :)

Keep entering because I was emailed and asked to confirm my address before they posted cheque anyway so I wouldn't worry :-)

There is another option to registering. If you click on 'I like typing' you don't have to log in at all and so you can input your address manually. It's a pain but, to be honest, I find it easier than trying to remember what blasted password I used on this one. By this method hopefully everyone should be able to enter.

I love the idea of the system being set up so stupidly it only allows you to change two lines of your address. Who did that fgs and what were they on at the time?!

When I moved I had a problem with updating my address with all the magazine dailies. What I did was to register as a new user with my new address. It was easier for me, as I had a new email address. If that hadn't been the case I think I would've changed my email address with them all first to a spare/temporary one, then registered as a new user with the new address and my old email address - does all that even make sense? :rotfl:
