I use Chrome and everything is fine for me. I know others have had problems in the past, but not being techy, I don't know what to suggest. Sorry

I have a major problem with this site in that when i moved house i changed my address with them but it would only change the first two lines. So they have two lines of where i used to live and two lines of where i live now. Ive given up entering their competitions because if i ever won there is no way my prize would ever get to me!0

My profile for this website only ever seems to show my town and postcode. I've tried filling it in and then it thanks me for updating my profile and then goes back to the same, so I don't know if they even have my full address!
This was much easier when we used to email the answers in!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £10,153.440 -
There is another option to registering. If you click on 'I like typing' you don't have to log in at all and so you can input your address manually. It's a pain but, to be honest, I find it easier than trying to remember what blasted password I used on this one. By this method hopefully everyone should be able to enter.
I love the idea of the system being set up so stupidly it only allows you to change two lines of your address. Who did that fgs and what were they on at the time?!0 -
I just tried to update my address and it now has my new postcode and all the rest is my old address!:j
