Another PB request: multiple agencies

Apologies for yet another PB request to all you kind souls out there. This time, the house is up for sale with multiple agencies.

Zoopla says that it was bought top of the property boom in 2007 for 345k. I strongly suspect that :


a. it's very overpriced (identical house with tandem not double width garage on at asking of 325k nearby)


b. overpricing resulting from vendor not wanting to sell below purchase price


I'd be ever so grateful if someone had a few minutes to copy & paste the marketing details on here please ?

    good lord you were quick ! I popped off for a quick cup of nasty vending machine coffee & it was all done by the time I got back to my desk !

    Are the details the same on all the agencies too? I'm wondering if they started off with one then got desperate when no one showed interest

    I had just got my cuppa, and was ready for a bit of a browse, so it was good timing :)

    I listed them 1,2 and 3, in the same order as you had them, so PB details are different on each of them.

    Hope that makes sense.
