I have a problem!!!
We went away for a few days with friends and i ran out of space on my camera so i purchased an xd card and snapped away. I have just put it into my laptop and i could see the pictures but i couldn't open them it was coming up with errors. I restarted the laptop and now no photos come up and it says, the disk in drive E is not formatted do i want to format it? I put it back into the camera and it now says card not initialized what does this mean? What do i have to do, have i lost my photos?
My camera is a finepix f20.

No, you don't want to format it. Download and install to your computer; http://www.pcinspector.de/smart_media_recovery/uk/welcome.htm Use the program to attempt to retrieve the file and store them on your hard disc drive.0
