i have purchased a new charge for my laptop, however when i have tried to use it, it keeps flashing on/off, could this damage my laptop.
as the screen keeps flashing as well,
i never had this problem with the old one.

if cheap generic ebay one then yes , could damage it
look for a genuine one on ebay , even a used one...Ex forum ambassador
