3-bedroom bungalow Bexleyheath

Hi all, please if there is anyone from Bexley council, could you give me your opinion? We are buying house, 3 bedroom bungalow in south Bexleyheath, Upton road area. What do you think of price 350k?

    It's hard to know without a pic or more info but it's a pretty nice area, very convenient for shopping centre, plenty of amenities & loads of bus routes. I've always liked Bexleyheath.

    Have you researched what similar properties have sold for in the road or surrounding roads to see how the price compares? If not head over to rightmove & click on sold prices to get the price information you need.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

    Bungalows do seem rather rare and hence pricey, but 350k sounds like a lot. Did you mean 250k, as for this home in Upton road (asking 265):
