the 'ongoing' element of the Summer Saver is good. it's a shame that one isn't ongoing.

and yes, they want to get people into the branch to gather information to try to sell other products to them. i had the same with WBBS recently, too.

whenever you want. it's just your record of what has been paid in. it's not necessary.
