Any advice, please?
Accepted an offer on our flat several months ago but survey only just carried out, and identified that our conservatory has a crack appearing between the house and the extension part.

It was built before our time, 2001
I have the paperwork, all it says re foundations is 'traditional concrete foundations'
Just wondering how we go about negotiating with our buyers
They are paying for a structural survey
Subsidence would be covered by our insurance but I have a feeling this is going to all take ages0
