Which is the best company to check your credit file and do they all give the same info?

They're not guaranteed to hold the same information and you should check all three; Experian, equifax and noddle. Get the £2 statutory reports from equifax and noddle if you don't want to sign up for the free trials.

There are details on how to check your credit reports in this MSE credit rating guide. Most of the information will be the same but as matttye says they can differ as some lenders only share data with one or two - so probably best to check all three from time to time.
