hi, hope someone can help... I purchased a table and chairs from very in august 2012, I never put it together until the October and by February I could feel and see the springs through the seat pads and stitching was coming apart on the chairs!! I contacted very who sent someone to check if this was a manufacturing fault.. I then received a letter stating it wasn't!! after calling very I was told I could get an independent person to inspect it. I sent a letter of complaint a few weeks ago saying goods were not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. I received a phone call saying i had to get someone to inspect it which i cant afford to do. whats my next move? I havn't paid for this furniture yet as was by now pay in 12 months.
thanks

Hi Georgie0698,
We're really sorry to hear that your purchase has developed a fault and would like to help. Please email us at Network@VeryHQ.co.uk and we can view the engineers report from the earlier visit and investigate this further.
Many Thanks
Dave
