I'm not convinced the best way of supporting 3 kids is by plain and simple theft. How many more do you owe?
I will keep on getting more. If companies want to give out money without doing a credit check then that's there responsibility i call it irresponsible lending not THEFT.0 -
mackropite, dont get to wound up by the holier than thou crew on here it wont do you any good.
what I would say is this, if you havent paid off the original loan they will probably have stuck a lot of charges on to the total.
if the money they took covered the original loan and interest then tell them to stick anyother charges they have applied to the loan up their a**e. they wont take you to court as a judge would throw out the additional and the most you will have is a default on your file.0 -

Im sure you can, most people try budgeting with the help of the debt free wannabe forum. Those who don't are often seen in the bankruptcy forum, either by bankrupting themselves or getting bankruptcy forced upon them (owing a creditor £750 allows them to petition your bankruptcy)0

Going bankrupt is not generally a bad thing in this day in age.
At least all your out standing debts are wiped off your credit file.
I know people who have gone bankrupt there words where. "The best thing they ever did".0 -

I completely and wholeheartedly disagree with this line of thinking unless you're intending to pay the money back.
Two wrongs don't make a right. Just like how it wasn't right for the lender to dip into your bank account just because you owed them money, it's not right for you to accept credit offers willy nilly just because they're offered to you.
It's your life though! What will your verse be?

Unhappily, everyone else has to live with your morals as well.0
