Please anyone explain about Balance Transfer term for the following.
Annual Rate (p.a): 17.9%
Term (in months): 3 months
Fee : 0%
What I understood is no transfer fee and there'll be no interest if I pay back in 3 months. Is it?

presumably you are talking about a specific CC product and I speculated that the T&Cs were documented on a website somewhere
