Have had an offer and accepted on my house near as could wish for to the asking price.
Had mortgage DIP approved
Have made an offer on a house we like this afternoon, just waiting to hear back from EA.

Cross everything that it all goes smoothly as appears to be moving along better than I could have hoped.

    :beer:While being very pleased for you, regulars here probably won't endorse making the sign of the cross as an insurance against anything, except perhaps the possibility that your vendor is a vampire. ;)

    I personally say a quick prayer/positive thought every time I pick up the phone/post/email on anything to do with housebuying and selling....just in case its Bad News of any description.

    So...yep fingers crossed indeed.

    Thanks. Lets hope the vendor isn't a vampire, I don't fancy having to do the moving in the middle of the night. I am on my way to tescos to get some garlic just in case:)
