You do seem to have a lot of trouble on ebay. Perhaps because you demand partial refunds? Seller is within their rights to ask you to return for a refund. They should pay the return postage but as we all know, ebay won't enforce this so then you can pursue through small claims if you wish.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
