clearing overdraft using credit card

Hi

I'm getting bit confused by all the credit card jargon so just wondering if someone can explain it clear and simple for me.

I need to do a balance transfer and also want to pay off my overdraft.
so narrowed it down to 'fluid' or 'virgin' credit card

both saying 0% of balance transfer for so many months as well as 0% on money transfers for so many months (obviously within certain time period)

so am i able to do my balance transfer & then do a money transfer to pay of overdraft in separate transaction (still within the so many days timeframe)?

hope that makes sense or if anyone has any better ideas much appreciate?
p.s. its not £1000s i need to clear just need to get on top of it all b4 gets out of control!

Thanks

    well
if you money transfer from your CC to your bank a/c you can obviously choose to allow it to pay off your OD and / or pay of a CC.

Yes, and this is the best way to go about it, because you'll only pay the 4% fee on the money transfer. The standard BT will be cheaper...just how cheap depends on the actual card.

I assume you've already addressed the reason(s) for the overdraft existing, and so won't rack it up again?
