Therefore, could anybody please supply me with a list of cases where Lloyds TSB have settled prior to going to court and/or where they didn't bother attending court.

Same for me please. I sent my first letter to Lloyds 8 days ago and I'm also thinking of this tactic if it goes to court.
Has anyone on here done this? What were the results?

I've found the list of Lloyds settled cases prior to court date on CAG website http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general/64871-spreadsheet-claims.html?highlight=settled . Sorry for the long link. Hope it helps. I'm about to send second letter but if it goes to court I think I'll do this. If you are going to do it Good luck and keep us posted. Anyone tried this already?
