Therefore, could anybody please supply me with a list of cases where Lloyds TSB have settled prior to going to court and/or where they didn't bother attending court.
Same for me please. I sent my first letter to Lloyds 8 days ago and I'm also thinking of this tactic if it goes to court.
Has anyone on here done this? What were the results?Official DFW Member no:4100 -
I've found the list of Lloyds settled cases prior to court date on CAG website http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general/64871-spreadsheet-claims.html?highlight=settled . Sorry for the long link. Hope it helps. I'm about to send second letter but if it goes to court I think I'll do this. If you are going to do it Good luck and keep us posted. Anyone tried this already?Official DFW Member no:4100
