Please quantify what you have said in your post. I and several other experienced posters think you are talking rubbish about only having PPI for a year. Where did you find this information please?

At the moment you are ENTITLED to nothing - filling in the form and proceeding with your claim will determine the outcome.

My daughter got a letter four weeks ago, we think we may have miss sold you. She had no blumming' idea, she just filled the form in to the best of her ability, most of it was I Don't Know, or I don't Remember.

Can you imagine the look on her face when she got a cheque this morning for nearly £800......
