ESA50 Questionnaire *Help*

Hi,

My OH is in receipt of ESA and is in the Support Group. We won our appeal at the end of last year and he was transferred from WRAG to SG.

He has now been sent an ESA50 Questionnaire from ATOS.

I feel as if I'm going a billion steps backwards. I am the one who has the stress with these forms as he is in not fit state to do it.

What do I do now, any advice/guidance will be much appreciated.

Complete it? Get some help from CAB/ Welfare Rights if you need to.

Make sure you fill form in explaining every little detail, with proof from doctors or hospital and hopefully avoid a medical.

Yes you'll need to fill it in, your OH being in the SG doesn't mean you won't have to do this on a regular basis.
