I keep getting letters from this company addressed to "the owner/occupier". The letters are asking for a bill to be paid. I have not been a customer of theirs, so what should i do about these letters?

Irrespective, if you are not on their supply, it doesn't matter.
Post them back or they will not know otherwise.
