supposedly i am buying a place but the vendor has not supplied the vendors solicitor with information regarding the title. Therefore things have stalled for 3 weeks now. I am a first time buyer , if you are asked for information regarding the title of your property. how long should it take to produce this ?
Please bear in mind that the vendor took 3 weeks to instruct a solicitor in the first place so im getting very anxious
