Hot water pressure is low in shower system only?

I have been living in my house for almost 10 years and the Shower pressure for both Cold & Hot have been excellent until 3 - 4 months ago when the hot water from shower became very low. Sometimes, the hot water doesn't come out unless you turn the nob to cold water to build pressure and turn it back to hot.
The plumber said it's the shower pump which I've changed but the issue is still there. I've also changed the shower system few days ago but the problem is still there. I've a tank in my loft. Is it a problem with the boiler.
All the hot water pressure from the taps in the house including the tap in the bath itself are fine.
I'll like to call a plumber but I want to have some ideas of this problem before calling one.
Remember, this the hot water shower has been fine for 9 and half years of living here.
Any suggestions?

I've this one http://www.wickes.co.uk/invt/212353
I doubt if it has anything to do with Shower System hence I changed my Shower because of this issue and it's still happening.
I'm wondering if it has anything to do with pressure\flow of hot water in the shower pump or if there is any blockage somewhere.
Then I ask, if it's has anything to do with the flow\pressure of hot water, why are the taps running hot water at high pressure. Strange0 -
You need to charaterise what you mean by high pressure and in reality a flow rate measurement would be of more assistance.
You say you have a pump which suggets you have a cold tank in the roof and a hot water cylinder at a lower level. Can you describe please in very precise terms how it is piped? Thanks.

I have the cold water tank in the loft of my house, the hot water tank in the cupboard of the room and the shower pump in the bathroom.
For years I've been living here the hot water pressure from the shower has been very similar to a gym hot water pressure in comparison.
One day in April this year, the hot water pressure from the shower dropped very, very low. I called a plumber who said it's the shower pump. I changed the pump but still the low pressure. I assumed it was the Shower system itself which I changed but nothing changed.
I'm now assuming something else which is why I'm asking this question here.

There may be a non return valve which is scaled and jammed in a partially closed position
will usually be just before the pump inlet if there is one to ensure the pump is always primed.
