Can anyone elaborate on neils comment?
Forgive if i am wrong, but most banks are owned by the tax payer. I have just won a case in the county court against the Halifax, NOBODY owes tax payer owned banks anything, be interesting to know who he owed money to and who represented him.

What is the question? I think the only person who could elaborate on Neil's comment is Neil himself(?)0

Even if he does think that the only banks are Lloyds and RBS he's still way off the mark - as I recall the goverment bail out resulted in them having about a 40% stake in Lloyds and a 60% stake in RBS - so ther are plenty of other non-government shareholders out there.0
