Suspect Lloyds TSB Letter...

Hi All,

This is my first post, but I've found the forums very helpful over the last year or so, and would be grateful for help on this one!

I received a letter over the weekend from Lloyds TSB stating that they've been reviewing their sales process and are offering me a refund of PPI. They state the amount, breakdown, and enclose a form to sign and return to claim the refund.

The letter is in black & white rather than their usual green headed paper, the return envelope states a PO Box address in Leeds.

This just seems a bit too good to be true and I was wondering if anyone else had come across this?!

Thanks in advance
