Hi all, as i am new to this site I was wondering if anyone was available to help me. I am trying to sort out all my dads PPI complaints. I have recieved all my SAR information i had requested from Barclays, but i am still unsure on the calculations to ask for a full refund. Am i able to attach a copy of agreement if someone is able to advise me.Thanks.

Hi, at this stage just put in a complaint about being missold the PPI. If they uphold your complaint they will send you a settlement figure have a look at this link
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1596473
it explains how the FOS recommends redress but there are so many variables it is almost impossible to get an exact figure, probably best seeing what they get back to you with. Good luck.0
