Is there such a thing?
Thinking of selling my house and wondered if there was sites where people post their needs and what areas they are looking for a house rather than going through an estate agent?
Very early days as need to get my house 'ready' to sell but just curious if there was such a website.
thanks :j

Can't see how it would really work as nobody's going to sit there doing nothing waiting for a seller to come and find them. They'd surely just go on RM and look for what they want if they were serious...
I think there is something for those who would consider selling at the right price on zoopla - called 'TemptMe' which probably does something similar.

I stuck my house on Zoopla TemptMe with a realistic price. Only offers I got was junk mail from local estate agents wanting to put my house on their books. I declined.0

The closest you'll come is an on-line agent:
Hatched
Emoov
House Network
And others.
Cheaper than an agent, but then you do more of the work.0
