I brought a cooker in Feb 2011, and in May 2012 needed a new oven door, as it came off it's hinges and broke. The company agreed to replace the door, even though it was 75 days out of the guarantee. It has now happened again, in exactly the same place.
I phoned and spoke to the manufacturer, who said that the replacement door only had a 3 month guarantee.
Is this correct, because as it stands, i now have an £800 oven, with no oven door on it, and certainly don't have the funds to replace it myself. I have all the original receipts, including the replacement door invoice.

The manufacturer owes you nothing outside their warranty/guarantee terms.
Did you buy direct from the manufacturer?
