Hi all,
On sunday evening at 7 pm I parked my car behind half footway marked bays to let off my pregnant wife & got a pcn
I appealed, it was rejected on 30 may, I failed to appeal to adjucator on time because my kid was born mid July & got busy with hospitals etc, I still appealed but appealed late to adjucator but my reason of being late (kid being born) is refused (I received refusal letter from adjucator on sat 27 July), can I do anything now yo get the adjucator to at least accept my reason for being late & at least consider my appeal? since charge certificate of £165 is issued? Also the fined amount do not comply to what it should be as stated on Sutton council's website. Can anyone help?

As you've not complied with the adjudication timeframes, I do not believe you have any possibility of getting this reopened. Fees are standard and based on time limits and the costs set by the council.
If you want clarification, ask them to explain any discrepancy - but be prepared the longer you take to settle, the dearer it becomes.0 -
You need to act on this as you are a couple of steps from bailiffs being involved, the next step is that it goes to TEC , and an order for recovery is sent to you. I do think you should pay, but maybe the guys over on https://www.pepipoo.com can offer something else. They are the experts on this. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
