Best place to go in November with 2yo and 4yo?

We are thinking of booking our first holiday abroad with the little ones in November and haven't got a clue where is best to go... We want somewhere that still is a bit warm, but not too hot and with plenty to keep them entertained...
Never took them out of the UK before so am feeling a bit nervous!
Any advice would be great!
Thanks!

I doubt you will get much in the way of a children's entertainer in November as it tends to only be peak season.
However most young children will just be happy to play in the pool all day and being so young will probably be tucked up in bed by early evening.
What we did when DD was much younger is try to get a hotel with a nice balcony overlooking the entertainment area or a nice view and OH would spend our evenings on the balacony with some refreshments while DD slept.

I agree with the canaries - the weather should be warm but not baking hot. I particularly like Lanzarote as its not too rowdy even in the busiest resorts. If your children are anything like my daughter they will be happy with a pool and the beach close by.0

We often holiday in Lanzarote at October half term.
Playa Blanca is lovely and there are a few Iberostar hotels in PB that are very family friendly and get good reviews on Trip Advisor.
The pools can be quite cold by then so sometimes worth looking for a heated pool. Although it doesn't seem to put the kids off lol

'At the ClubHotel Riu Para!so Lanzarote you’ll have the opportunity to try out many activities in our entertainment programme. From sports like table tennis, gymnastics, Jacuzzi, sauna, volleyball, bio-sauna and p!tanque, to water sports such as water polo and shuffleboard. Your children will also have a great time with our entertainers thanks to the Riu Land'0 -

But Feb has half term and March sometimes Easter so season beginning. After October half term unless it specifies there is entertainment don't be so sure it's there in November.

kids club in the bitacora hotel in playa de las Americas in nov, our grandkids love it.
daytime was either round the pool, or beach, tea, then a walk at night, then we took the grandson playing crazy golf, granddaughter is 2 and was happy just to walk along, and stop and see a singer and have a dance.0 -
Don't know what your budget is, but we took our 2 and 4 year old to the Maldives.
Had a fab time - the biggest sandpit you could play in, so many fish to watch and compare, kid friendly pools on the island. My kids were very happy for the 2 weeks.
And as it was a family resort, there were early dinners, a "kids club" (which TBH was a creche with a TV where you could leave your child for an hour or 2) child friendly entertainment early in the evening, and a babysitting service for around £4per hour.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

i dont go away in school holiday times in feb and march, i am not talking about tour operator entertainment, the hotels i have stayed in have their own childrens entertainment all year round. the club hotel paraiso is only one of the hotels i have stayed in, other hotels in other countries also have childrens entertainment all year round. But Feb has half term and March sometimes Easter so season beginning. We're doing the Aparthotel Cay Beach Sun in mid-October with our DD. She'll turn 3 while we're there.
I spent weeks researching where to stay, and this looked like a good all round place.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0
