anyone got/had a loan with yorkshire bank,know who the underwriters were/are,for the ppi insurance,ie norwich union etc

I am not sure what the relevance of your question is.
If you have the policy it will say on the documentation.
If you are complaining about how it was sold you complain to the seller, not the insurer.0
