Baby Bio is really intended for houseplants and is quite expensive to use, as are all pre-made liquid feeds, like the Miracle Gro you mention.
It is far cheaper to buy plant fertilisers in powder form and simply add them to your watering can. . My own favourite is Phostrogen which has an wide range of micronutrients as well as the three essentials (N, P and K), can be used for just about anything and is quite economical.
Some supermarket own brand powder types are pretty good too, but sometimes lack the trace elements which you will need for anything that stays in a pot for more than a season.
Fuchsias prefer a feed high in Potash (that's the 'K' in the N, P and K) while foliage houseplants prefer a feed high in nitrogen (N).. In a perfect world you would have both types. Flowering and fruiting plants would get the high potassium feed (Phostrogen again) and foliage houseplants would get something high in nitrogen.
Oddly, not many retailers stock high-N feeds so a bottle of Baby Bio (which is a high N type) might be worth having and using sparingly for foliage specimens, which will prefer it. Be warned, though, Baby Bio always used to have a sell-by date as it goes orf.... another reason why powders are more practical!
Hope that helps.0
