When it rains it comes in under the garage door and pools in the garage. We have the basic Garadoor type garage door.
Could anyone guide me with how to resolve problem please?

Hi Ive got the same problem there are several garage door floor seals available on ebay that look like a large piece of rubber that are glued to the garage floor preventing rain ,dust and leaves from getting in0

Check the drainage. The rain has to go somewhere.0

First off, where is the water coming from and how is it getting in?
Is it pooling outside the garage door or flowing toward the garage door, and flowing under, so pointing to a drainage issue? Is it running down the sides of the building and around the door - roofing/guttering? Or is it splashing or being driven against the door, so perhaps needing a brush or rubber seal?0 -
Add drainage outside the door, or increase the height of the threshold. If the ground outside the garage runs down toward the garage, restructure it so that it runs away.0

Gravity is the problem here ... water flows downhill as others have said.
A solution would be to install a drainage channel along the front of the garage, see link below. A metal grate would need to be fitted.
This is NOT really a DIY type job and could be quite expensive. The water the channel collects must go somewhere, so there will also need to be a connection with a rain water manhole.
if the water in your garage is really bothering you, this would work.

Wind is the problem here ... rainwater runs down the door and the wind blows it in under. Provide something as a water bar across the bottom to block it , the rubber stick down thingies perhaps. You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0

My neighbour installed a drainage channel himself. I think he used a saw to cut through the concrete. He is an electrician by trade so I guess he is used to cutting channels. The water is directed to an existing soakaway used by his garage guttering. Since he was repairing the buried pipes (which my holly had grown into and broken), he used the opportunity to install the drainage channel.
Make sure the driveway is clear of dirt. Mine has a small channel just in front of the garage. It is just enough to stop the garage flooding. But when it got blocked, half the garage floor was submerged.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0 -
I got a rubber strip from ebay which you glue to the ground. I have a garador garage too. This solved problem for us the garage is on level and driveway is slopped away from garage. But when its windy and rainy the door slightly opened even though it was locked and rain could get in.0

Thanks for all your help folks. There is a small gully just in front of the garage door which should drain into a soak away, I will clean this out and see if it helps.
Also I will invest in a rubber strip and see if that helps.0
