Tesco Direct, take money, cancel order with no email, don't refund

Warning, I placed an order of £70 with Tesco Direct and it was cancelled. They take the money on the day you place the order. The money is not refunded unless you phone them. Very very sneaky - 2nd time this is happened

I'm sure the money would have been refunded without a phone call. It's just that it's not refunded immediately (which is very bad in a situation such as this).0
