Same here - flexdirect not showing , everything else is.
Tried to log in just now - cant " technical problems"0 -
Just processed a load of salaries - Nationwide account holders have received salaries without problems.
Not sure how many are flex direct though0 -

I only recently opened a nationwide account and upgraded to flexdirect because of the interest rate offer. I thought it would be better to put my money into a more ethical bank, but not so sure now.
Now thinking of going back to santander, never had any online problems with them. With NW I've had several hours with a missing account yesterday and today I can't log in. Not a good start!!0 -
I have experienced all the problems of the last 24hrs with my 'Plus' account going missing, but all others remaining, although it did re-appear yesterday afternoon.......I have a more bizarre problem, my balance and available balance is showing as exactly -£1 difference, I know for a fact that I have no transactions for this amount outstanding. All DD's, Transfers and withdrawals are correct at time of writing......any ideas?0

Have you used a petrol station pay at pump recently? They reserve £1.00 at time of you filling up, then debit the actual amount at a later date.
There are a few examples of this out there, so im sure it's just something like this.0 -
My FlexDirect account has also vanished. It was there yesterday. I completed the online forms to report this. As it's clearly not just me, you would have thought that they could have put up a message when you log in saying something about it. I have several direct debits due tomorrow. Let's hope they haven't screwed these up as well. :mad:0

I sent them a secure message and they replied that they are having technical problems affecting the display of current accounts. So they do know that there is an issue but don't see the need to let us know. :mad:0

I lost both my current account and a 3yr Bond on the 30th and 31st July. I got told they had done this on purpose as they suspected fraud as they had some post allegedly returned from my address. This seemed odd as I could still use my credit card and see it online - surely you would lock down all three if fraud was an issue? They asked if I lived there still: I said I had lived there almost 25 years and THEY also had just taken over my mortgage on that address! They couldn't help later in the day when I called to try and find what the post was - apparently they don't know. I couldn't use the accounts for 24 hours which is a pain at the end of the month - NOT IMPRESSED! :mad:0
