Gordons Furniture - good experience!

My friend was looking for a very extravagant item of furniture - a specialised chair. After looking at several suspiciously cheap websites, he came across Gordons furniture website and store. The price was one of the best. So he googled "complaint" - there were none. The company had physical address and tel. So he called... they responded. So he paid and ordered... to wait 25 days.
After 25 days of silence he called to check - the item was ready, as promised! 3 days later the delivery slot was booked for , let's say, 3pm. So they delivered - at EXACTLY 3 pm. And the item was EXACTLY as ordered.
My friend is jumping around in relief. He says - who does not risk - does not drink champaigne, his chance taking with this company proved to be a good decision ! No wonder there are no complaints about Gordons furniture - because they do their job well.:T

I look at their website now and already... I want something, too!
