Applications not minimised on startup

Hi,

Until recently my computer has been working just fine. But lately it has started opening up the following applications in normal view as opposed to being minimised to the system tray:

DigiGuide
ObjectDock
VIA Raid Tool

Even if I set the shortcuts in the start menu folder to open the shortcuts as minimised this has no effect. Each of the applications in question is also setup to load minimised (and did until a couple of days ago).

Any ideas?

Have you installed any other software in the past few days that is also in the startup folder? If so, sometimes altering the order of the shortcut in the startup folder does, supposedly, sometimes cure this type of problem.

No I haven't installed any software recently which has been added to the startup folder. Strangely enough though deleting the VIA Raid Tool (Which is non-essential and I never use) seems to have fixed the problem even though it was there from day 1.
