Free weekends on eBay

Sorry if this is a silly question or one that's been asked before but does the free listing weekend mean that if you've gone over your 100 free listing you can list more for 99p free IYKIWM?

A private seller can have 100 free listings on a free listing weekend at prices over £1

They are also entitled to 100 free listings starting at .99p PER CALENDAR MONTH. So thats not every free listing weekend, but a monthly allowance so can be used any time within the month.

Yes, provided you have not exceeded your total monthly selling allowances, which you can see at the top of your 'My E-Bay ' page.
