Dorothy Perkins - What a palava!

I ordered two items from Dorothy Perkins online to be delivered to my local store. The items didn't arrive until a day after they were supposed to. No big deal but their phone number is an 0844 number and I tried on a couple of occasions to speak to them without sucess, both times waiting more than 10 mins being told my call was important before having to give up.

I wanted to return an item and saw that they use Collect Plus in my village (much closer than my local DP) so took the item in on July 18 to be returned. I have a receipt. No refund had arrived so today I spent another 15 minutes holding at national rate to find out where my refund was.

The item hasn't arrived back there yet (nine days after sending) and I was told that I have to wait 28 days and then phone them again.

I won't be using Dorothy Perkins online again. What a performance.

What a waste of time and money, you should email and let them know. I really like dp they have one or two really nice items at decent prices

Still don't have my refund. Just came off the phone with them (19 mins on hold at National Rate) and they reckon they have been trying to refund my PayPal account since July 20th. yeah, right.

They have said that they will have to send me a cheque. It has been authorised but will take 14 working days to get to me.

I told them they should stop taking PayPal because they obviously can't do it right.

    Gah!
