ESA appeal gave me 12 points

Shocked it only took 3 weeks for an appeal but the decision still doesnt address problems such as saying I am anti depressants but as I do not get councilling It is not bad but I WANT it just the waiting list is so long, and that I can "make meals" well I reheat take aways and often chuck food out as I waste it due to being too stressed to cook, and that I can "handle" other people around me without getting violent yet I shake a lot or get quiet, they say I am just timid and that will not affect work,

The list goes on with what they say I can do despite the things I cannot do making life unbearable such as not leaving the house often for a week at a time and getting shakes

Shocked to get 12 points though on the appeal compared to 0 originally just wondered peoples opinions, I will mention a laughable part of the decision though, it said when they told me by phone of my decision I had the chance to explain any things I thought were left out, but I am autistic and very nervous! How could I explain things when I am nervous and get confused easily

Are you sure it was the appeal, or was it a reconsideration? Was the letter from the DWP or the tribunals service?

It was an appeal as it was an appeal I did, but did mention the forms would be passed on to tribunal

In that case it was a reconsideration. This is done by the DWP before submitting the papers to the tribunal. You will hear from the tribunal in due course regarding whether you wish to have an oral hearing or a written one.

A reconsideration by DWP wouldn't result in a change in points would it?

Yes - the DM needs to award points to decide if the claimant has sufficient to be placed in one of the main phase groups.
