Anyone know the solution to this message I keep getting, its starting to become a pain.

That would rather depend on what site you're using when it happens, what you're doing when it happens and what browser you're using.

Ultimately though, it's probably a badly-written script that you'd need to report to the website owner to fix. Or it might just be slow, in which case continue and see if it finishes eventually.

I get them with Facebook, sometimes an image search causes it. As has been said, it depends what site your on.

Added YesScript to Firefox browser Add-ons. Will see if that helps

A script blocker should work - I use NotScripts on Chrome - it can cause problems for embedded frames such as the Verified by Visa system for validating credit cards, though - and those are just the times when you really don't want to refresh the page...
